You could stay 1 year in Natlan, catch all sorts of asymptomatic parasitic infections and carry them with you to Nod-Krai or who knows where. And doctors and medicine practically don't exist in Tevyat aside from some rudimentary procedures and weird magic. Your existence would be a literal menace to society.

You could probably erradicate a region's entire ecosystem just by accidentally carrying with you any bug you caught in another continent. Also, you'd be a walking STD. You could wipe out an entire civilization just by having casual sex, or die yourself from catching some weird super-covid your body can't defend against.

I just realized that while Varesa has a normal lifespan, as an alien Traveler from Outer space I can live for thousands of years. Which means that even if I marry Varesa and live a peaceful life together, she might only be alive for 1/100th of it. I'll have to live the rest of my existence in misery knowing the love of my life passed away and will never come back.
