Health care wouldn't be anywhere near as much of a shitfest if it weren't for the ACA doing exactly what Republicans said it would: Skyrocketing premiums all over the place. If anything, it created the kind of bullshit health care state we're dealing with. If it hadn't passed to begin with, maybe there wouldn't be a fight over subsidies that amount to shoving the problem under a rug yet again.
As for you feeding yourself, did you know the CR the Dems are crying over doesn't include any changes to it or eligibility for it whatsoever? Yeah, the Dems care more about those subsidies and fringe ideological crap than your ability to take care of yourself.
