Well sadly that's the game you're gonna have to play, especially if you wanna do JKs + GC + CoTN. Thankfully this guy https://next.nexusmods.com/profile/Janquel/mods?gameId=1704 does patch collections for the mods you listed, so it's essentially just a one click on the main patch collection for each CoTN or GC and then install via MO2. Also the collections are fomod and will auto detect 99% of the mods you got installed that will require a patch, so it's essentially plug and play.
