In 2019/2020 Bolton approved between 300 million and 800 million USD to kill maduro, as humanitarian aid via CIA Black ops. The people who bolton gave the money (Venezuelan Opposition to Maduro) leaked it to Maduro, so they would receive another paycheck in a few months and it happened.

So first at all you need to cleanup whoever at CIA is allowing that to happen. Its not costing us as its your US taxpayer money being spent on those black ops.
