back in 2020, when i was a femboy, i had this
https://www.scribd.com/document/500878275/fitness-guide-2 regiment which i would do every day. i added time/weights to each of the workouts as i got more confident.
in my prime i could plank for 9 minutes straight. ive recently hit 5 mins so i know i still kinda have it in me.
drink lots of water and if you can stomach it protein shakes are a decent breakfast replacement.
in terms of fashion, i dont have much advice other than to match styles aesthetics and colors properly. you sort of need time and experimentation to get a feel for what exactly you like and what colors and aesthetics you want to appeal towards. generally speaking though, overly agp things are really gross and you will always hate them in time. i prefer to go for a tomboy grunge/somewhat goth aesthetic personally.
for makeup, theres not much to say. small amount of primer, foundation which matches your skin tone on your face, light blush, some eyeliner, and some eyeshadow, then wipe the foundation off of your lips and put on some neutral lipstick. you can wipe it against the back of your hand if youve put on too much. if you struggle with properly padding the makeup around then you can use a sponge or a brush but with makeup as light as this you really dont need to use anyhting other than your hands. always get quality foundation and always wash your face before you go to sleep. sleeping in foundation is bad for your skin and will give you acne.
in other news the basic things are applicable: exfoliate your face, feet and hands. cleanser on your face and shave daily if possible with a good shaving cream. after showering you should have a toner, an eye cream, lip balm, and a general face moisturizer, along with also body lotion. cinique's face exfoliator and face lotion is fantastic and kiehls has this one yellow body lotion that i really adore although its incredibly expensive. take care of your skin and body and wear sunscreen if its bright out.
