This must be one of the ritual weapons that are sealing the dark dragon. Yakumo is ferrying Seori around to these weapons in the story. Based on dialogue it seems there are more than just one ritual weapon that is sealing the dark dragon.
It doesn't look like a weapon for the player, it looks like a ceremonial sword.
