I just feel like Kaiser's existence was already a pretty huge secret in itself without MEG coming in a double super secret back up safety mechanism. Which is just silly in itself because if Kaiser can't be controlled what makes you think something that can be controlled can deter it. Or if it can why have the Kaiser. its just silly. It was one thing when it showed up on X and was all hey lets get Zero's lunch money but otherwise it just doesn't seem to fit.
