The pair make their way slowly through the abandoned tent, being careful not to touch anything in case it causes the tent to collapse even more.

"There was a war and stuff right? Where are all the bodies?" Tamako asks, looking around.

"They cleaned them all up, I assume." Kamiko says, pausing for a moment and scanning the floor more intensely, "At least I hope they did."

The center ring is empty of bodies, nor is there anything useful for finding Lulu. Similarly, the bleachers are covered either trash, or rubble. Looking down at the center stage from this angle, she swears she can almost sense the excitement and joy that generations of clowns gave people. She even swears she could still hear some laughter on the wind. Tamako makes her way to the side of the benches, and there she spots a small hole cut into it's side at ground level. It goes under the bleachers, and Tamako gets on her knees and glances into it.

The changeling can't see very far into it, but it slopes gradually downward into the darkness below. It's wide enough that she could probably crawl through it.

"Miss Princess Lulu? Are you down there?" Tamako yells into the black void of the tunnel.

"Honey, she's mute remember?" Kamiko reminds her as she walks up to the changeling.

"Oh right... So she could be down there!" Tamako says pointing to the hole. "I think it's the tunnels the sign outside was talking about. Should I check it out?"

"I really don't think your dad would approve." her chaperone says sternly.

"But what if the princess is there?" The changeling asks, staring at the hole as if she'd suddenly pop out. "Clowns can fit into small spots right? What better place to escape or hide your hostage from the Jesters and Mimes?"

Kamiko considers this for a moment and then glancing at her watches says, "I doubt she would hide somewhere so dangerous, but it might be worth a look. Let's wait for your father and Emogen to come. It should hopefully be soon."
