I think Chopper's lost much of his appeal when Oda decided to make him a walking plushie ad instead of the conflicted yeti we knew him as.

I'd say Sanji is next as I think his over-the-top chivalry is overblown, dumb, and gay at this point.

Franky is awesome but desperately needs a re-design.
