Realistically for us it's NP2 and Bond 14 for a 120 with Mana Loading and Cooldown append.
And NP2 Bond 8 or NP1 Bond 11 for non-120s.

Some whales or dedicated lovers may chase further. Some people may get retarded luck chasing 4-stars.
But mostly our system is still NP2ish realistically.
