Just a reminder that WAGMI. This used to be me, and now I live healthier than ever. I run regularly, lift weights at home, have self restraint over my food intake.
It wasn't easy, and I experienced many fallbacks: eating through depression, losing muscle after tumor surgery, self doubt…
But I am not special, I have little impulse control, so if I can do it, you can too!
