Personally, it depends on the gun.
If it has one of the fastest default ADS times, then I'll just try and optimize that and throw on iron sights or a 1.0x scope and I never really need to worry about hipfire accuracy.
Stuff like the angled grips aren't too bad for it, but they're far into a lot of the ARs unfortunately,

The actual thing that in my experience seems to matter is the adverb. That of course then leaves you with options depending on how you want to further customize with other points.
ADS accuracy while moving is something you can test in the firing range.
