They said a cold pack over the eyes or back of the neck should help temporarily. Funny since it's the only remedy I didn't try. Oh well, more for next time (please do not let there be a next time)

Well I'm at about the 3 month mark for when I started to be consistent with my lessons, so we'll see!
I kinda burned out in April for a bit, picked it back up about halfway through the month, now I've only missed one day since.
