"Not required to believe" does not mean "do nothing and the universe is my nigger" you dumb nig. The whole point of the list/affirmations is you don't need motivation or a 'feeling'. You still need acceptance to take root, or enough repetition that your inner talk flips from "maybe" to "of course." That's what affirmations do when they "work without belief", they crowd out the old story until the new one feels normal. Scribbling five random things a day and ghosting your own mind is not saturation, you are still stationery.

Write and forget only works if you forget BECAUSE it's done, not because you checked out for 30 days and then audited reality like an accountant. That's waiting. The 3D will copy your dwelling, not your diary. If your day-to-day self-talk, reactions, and identity didn't change, nothing else was ever going to. That's just how the law works. It's a very basic model, you go from a state, to a bridge, to it becoming fact. No state, no change.
Simple as.

Are you new here? Because "just assume" is literally what the law is idiot. The ladder test literally proves imaginal acceptance beats just the words you say. You say "I won’t climb" all day, then accept the ladder in SATS and end up on a ladder anyway. Your list was scattershot and low stakes, some people hit with it, some don't, because the state varies. SATS 40 times isn't the same as one 10 second scene, same every night, no audits, two weeks straight. Do that or keep bitching in threads for why nothing happened.
