Realistically the IoM doesnt micromanage each of its planets because its so big it literally cant. It really wouldnt care what happened in the expanse as long as everyone is loyal and pays taxes

The most iffy Iconotrader does is giving the Eldar a pass but even Rob G does that sometimes so even if he found out hed at least look into it before jumping to conclusions. He also wouldnt mind that Iconotrader cleaned up the expanse because how much of a shithole the 40k IoM almost killed his soul, he even berates space marine chapter masters for letting their planets be shitholes where everyone suffers

But the one thing that makes the Iconotrader ending bullshit is that if Nomos is a thing then the Emperor himself would psychic skype call Rob G or the Lion to go recruit Iconotrader and Nomos. A friendly Ctan is just that much of a big deal and a gamechanger
