Yeah the differences are subtle but they are happening. Changes in strength and cardio are my standards to see if the diet is working. Here is a pic from 2 months ago, at 158, hip bones are more visible and the waist is thinner. I've made peace with my body never looking amazing but I'm happy with it. My long term goal is to get to 170lbs at 10% bf, which will probably take a year. If you're still lurking, hopefully you'll see it
