I'm not so sure,on the last video on the Mundfish channel, the Team Clout dev leader says that Mundfish is "providing financial and expert support", which I think means Mundfish has completely taken over and Team Clout is just thre because they came up with the concept of the game.
Same reason as why team Clout released nothing but concept art and a few pre-rendered trailers for years, but as soon as Mundfish comes in as publisher, they have two in-game trailers.

This game was being made by the indie dev team Team Clout, and I can't find any info on them besides the fact that they are working on this game and worked on that lame Nic Cage horror movie, Longlegs.
The game was one of those patreon games that take forever to be made, if they are made at all. But Mundfish took over as publisher, and Team Clout itself said that Mundfish is providing "expert support", which I think means Mundfish just straight up took over development. And they made Atomic Heart, and as many flaws as that game had, it was a full length game with passion behind it.

if Mundfish has really taken over, I would expect the game to last at least 10 hours.
And I really think they did, since the KS-23 shows up a lot on the new trailer, a gun that the Mundfish devs love, and it didn't show up in any of the previous tech demo trailers and concept art.
