Almost all the girls have their own official pairing, and Saki's love for heart is borderline explicit (pic related is all official art). It's the closest one i could think of.

There's other all-female fighting games like Asuka120%, but they explicitly state most of them have had BFs. Then there's one like vanguard princess and rumble roses which i never played so i can't really comment on if they qualify.

I already own the game, but didn't include it because of the aforementioned Het eroge source material. I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't a eroge originally, but having been one puts too much of a sour taste in my mouth even if it's (i think) no longer considered canon. Granted i haven't put much time into the actual fighting game itself.
Also i couldve sworn the original male self-insert made a cameo in the anime, but i might be confusing that with a different series
