I just don't know if I can forgive myself and the fact that I'll likely never know if she'll forgive me makes it harder. I truly did/do love her and knowing I hurt her has been tearing me apart and honestly I'm just as out of my mind from the void left behind as I was being a blackout drunkard. I doubt I'll actually an hero but I don't think the pain of losing her will be gone any time soon, if ever.
