Bro thats not even me you're replying too, you got derailed by some other fag. I've had 3 jobs in the past 8 years. I worked in office at one job, until covid and got to work from home 2 years. They started pushing for the return to office, and I got a new job, and didn't need to show any personal work. I had 2 interviews, one from the recruiter and another from the leads of the team. After 2 years, my old job was begging me to come back and promised a permanent remote position. I took it and a year later they are doing the return to office push again. That's why I am looking for another remote job, but in that time it seems like the recruiters started requiring personal work to show else you get passed up.
