Basically, the new talents (not the cons) only work if there's two faction members in the team. Turns out Venti, Fischl and Razor are from another faction than Mona, Klee, Albedo and Durin.
Which means that if you want to mix Venti and Mona or her and Fischl you're gonna get jack shit as a buff.

I dont want UGC I dont want my Genshin gameplay loop to change. I want everything to stay the same. The patch is a day away and my anxiety hasnt subsided yet.
