Are these people actually real? If you live in east coast , PNW, Cali and Great Lakes the white liberal middle class are all like this. It's literally scary

I work at a big department store and im an assistant manager. They recently transferred some college student chadlite into my supervision and I currently feel like people listen to him more than me. To top it all off he makes a snide statements about me or jokes about how fat I am.
