So we know that assault/rape/murder charges are selectively enforced. Why would TAX LAWS not be selectively enforced? The answer is, they are. Wealthy friends of the elites in power are probably not targeted, while wealthy enemies are targeted. This is how you consolidate power, you use the state as a weapon.
