this might be the hardest part of the weight loss journey. Having to give up most of my fav foods is one thing, doing excercise shit I don't care about is another, but constantly having people talk down to me for actually making an effort to fix myself is so degrading. I know they don't mean it, they're all probably just being nice but it's really testing my patience
