This doesn't even make sense, a guy randomly stripping on a city street would be considered obscene as well. Unless you're on your own lawn or a beach/pool, this wouldn't be acceptable at all.

I guess the point is they personally see their torso as obscene now. But that's more a reflection of their deteriorating mental state than anything resembling a punchline.
