>Download the torrent. If you don't know how to do that then you've got bigger problems and google will help you with that
>Unpack the torrent somewhere with a short directory name. There's a bunch of files and long paths can fuck with things. I just use C:/Koikatsu but I'd just try to keep it somewhere easy to reach

>Unzip that into the [UTILITY] KKManager folder and overwrite
>Then you'll want to launch Initsetting in the main directory. Set your quality level, what monitor it opens up, resolution, etc. Experimental mode can fuck with things so I don't recommend that
>Then hit Update at the bottom left. It'll take a bit of time but queue up a MASSIVE additional download of mods and updates and the like that'll all go where they belong after the fact
Then once that's done that's technically it. I made the card with BetterRepack alone and it should have no problems being recognized and possible to open from there. If you want to take one more step you can google the HF Patch but a lot of what it contains is redundant or stuff most people won't be interested in so it's very optional imo. Other than that the general knowledge for starting out
>If a card requires a mod you don't have the game will tell you the name of the missing mod and you can drop it into install directory -> mods assuming you're able to find it via googling
>Literally anything else you're going to download will be placed into the UserData folder
>Downloaded Characters into chara -> male or chara -> female depending on card's sex
>Downloaded scenes that you open up in studio go into studio -> scene
>Downloaded outfits go into coordinate
You can also drag and drop a scene into studio or a card into the character creator to open it up if you want to be quick about it. Bepis is a good site cataloging a shitload of cards outfits and scenes free to download and I upload all my stuff there though you'll want to be in the KK section since it does it for all illusion games and others aren't compatible https://db.bepis.moe/
