After reading the accusations, I don't think he did anything bad. Those women went willingly into his hotel room with the understanding of what would happen. No forcible rape. No drugging. Just a straight "fellate me and get the audition" type thing.

Maybe morally it was wrong, but legally I see no reason for why he should be in jail.
