That's my situation right now as a recent grad. The situation is already fucked but only tangible if you're in tech, especially if you're a recent grad or a student and haven't landed a job yet. CS/IT positions get fucked the hardest because computers are easiest shit to automate, but soon it'll spread to other fields as well.
