It's tricky. One is more advantaged than the other. 9 nine is episodic, so it's harder to adapt. And it's meta gimmick and twists don't really work in a linear format. On the other hand, all you have to do for Nukitashi is to just adapt the true route (Fumino) since it covers the basic info dumps from the other three routes, as well as being the route that directly ties into Nukitashi 2 if they ever decide to make a season 2.
