I was there for the original threads and I don't remember that at all. I remember people liking the story with the mooks who are chill with Mario until he has to beat them but outside of that everyone hated it still because it was still Sticker Star with broken Things and broken combat, Kersti 2.0, still no reason to fight, and a repeat of the story essentially.
