They (and Canada) are nations of immigrants, European and white immigrants and all of their institutions are built on a white, specifically Anglo framework so much so that in both Canada and the US the founders of both respective nations pointed that out upon their founding, that’s why immigration was so heavily restricted to white only countries until the 1960’s.
