It's still a thing, but Ivy's pretty much full on polyamorous. She's been with a lot of women in this run, but continuously points out her love for Harley. Harley hooked up with Janet too, and is totally fine with them messing around.

She's essentially a lesbian now, too. There's a plot point about her regretting sex with a guy in her past, and how much happier she was hooking up with a woman at the time.
