Social media, dating apps and feminine equality has created a society that caters specifically to empowering women and their sexuality. What ended up happening is we created a society of sex-deprived, touch-starved men who are depressed, lonely, and feel that women aren't worth the struggle. They'd rather pay for their services than fight to obtain it.
So that's probably what anon means. Women are using men, and men just miserably hope for their next turn in line. Sounds super incel the way I typed it up, and maybe there's a bit of bias since I was married once and she cheated on me. But that's how it feels.
