Pretty much any time there is a character in a skirt that moves around a lot in a Shaft anime, it is worth looking. At the very least you'll get nice shots of thighs or other interesting things. I think part of it is because they don't outsource a lot, so the art is a lot higher quality and has more to it. Simply drawing characters accurately already goes a long way towards making them sexy.

Even if they actually made it illegal (can't actually happen). This would likely never get banned, because it is a cartoon that isn't even terribly graphic. Most of the lewdest anime moments also just amount to butts and maybe occasionally nipples. Pretty much unbannable. The only thing that would threaten it, is if people in power were ones who actually wanted to support groups like the UN and credit cards to attack Japan. Infecting the source would muddy the products. Modern Republicans don't fund shit in foreign countries though because they went scorched earth on it all to kneecap the Democrats. Even if they started it up again though, it would just be funding conservative groups that'd keep the status quo. Not feminist ones that would look for problems.
