I dunno for that matter let me add Hollow Knight.
Hades and Hollow Knight are overhyped and overrated because they came at the EXACT time when not a lot was going on.
Hollow Knight is a mid metroidvania.
Hades is not even a good roguelite.

Most of those reviews come from people with less than 20 hours in.
