Nope, Sam Riegel's sister voiced Estelle all the way back then too. The confusing part is that this interview does pop up for Danielle Judovits regarding Vesperia:

But if you read it there's something weird with it. While Eden Riegel is confirmed to be Estelle's VA in multiple places (green tick means 100% confirmed be it via official credits or the actor's personal resume), Judovits seems to have this one interview *and* she mentions the recording process took, quote "From start to finish, I'd say somewhere between 3 and 4 hours".
Four hours, to record the entirety of the dialogue for the main heroine of an 80 hour JRPG? Not buying it. Either she didn't know who "Estelle" was and assumed it was a random gig she did years prior or she did voice someone in Vesperia but it was a background NPC and got confused.
