Well all of the girls forgot almost all of that summer, per the pact they made.
But we know that Swann at-least still had some memory of Nora since if you go down her romance path, Swann will be wearing Nora's sun symbol in '22. I think with Swann it is also kinda hinted at her never really getting over the emotions of that summer, so she has never really been able to be in a relationship with anyone else.
I have to imagine that it would have been much the same for Nora. She was probably better able to deal with everything since she had clearly done her best to just put up a mental wall around everything that happened.

So while this is basically just all personal opinion. I think Nora had some buried feelings for Swann that she never forgot. But it was seeing her again that brought everything back up to the surface.
Swann on the other-hand deep down always had a candle lit for Nora. To the point that it kinda harmed some aspects of her life.
It would not be a sapphic romance if it were not complicated and tragic.

She was obviously less comfortable about diving into things than Autumn was.
But if you just let her relax and be there for her, then she eventually opens up. If you keep pushing her however, then she just withdraws.
There were several things about adult Nora that kinda bummed me out (she herself seemed to be upset about them), but her not being keen to revisit childhood memories that she can feel are painful is not one of them.
