Rust does the same or better with the -healing, though, and it has no business being AoE. If you really want to single someone out, BLM can also keep Lethargy and/or Rust up for a huge chunk of the time on your Focus Target.

Some SAMs lose all subtlety though. Last night I used Forte to bait two max HP SAM LBs (and survived) from the time SAM, and it would've been a third if they didn't die while animating it.
