The city has rolled out the new "NEET pass" for all confirmed NEETS to allow them to skip to the front of the line to use a public cum dump. While cum dumps will remain free to use for all citizens, it is important to remember why the public cum dump program was started. Cum dumps are meant to serve the most sexually underserved and underprivileged in our community. NEET pass will allow any confirmed NEET to skip to the front of the line so he can deal with his sexual emergency in a timely manner.
