Tbdesu I'm the one who changed after covid. I had a lot of time and a lot of booze. I always kept a rotating circle of friends and a girlfriend until then, but shortly before the pandemic my girlfriend of 2 years kicked me out. I got really sick and lost my newly acquired dream job because of the strict point system. My next job was horrible and every one i took to stay afloat between stimmies. I just started to notice how horrible everyone had become.

The more I thought...the more I realized people had always been awful, Murray. I feel like nothing I do is right and any kindness I bestow leaves me bereft of the warmth it may have been intended to provide. I feel like I'm in hell and I deserve it.
