If it's the same version I used then some of the clothing options were replaced with nude versions. I couldn't find what clothing piece was topless though I only found a bottomless clothing item. Also there were a few clothing items that weren't changed at all.

Nude skins are kind of tacky anyway, all I need are the tits to be big.
