>What movie changed how you see humans?
...How I see humans? I don't think any movie has changed how I think of, or perceive humans as a collective.
>If you were a dessert, what kind would you be? How would you decorate it?
A stuffed crust pizza, except it's a cheese cake pizza. It's important that the cream chese is kind of thin to simulate a real pizza's cheese and the tomato sauce would be strawberry sauce and the pepperonies would be strawberry slices. Obviously the stuffed crust would be cream cheese stuffed.
>What's one piece of tech that you think will change the world quietly over the next 10 years (No ai or crypto)
Quantum computers or modular nuclear reactors. Probably both simultaneously.

Seems like you've either misunderstood, or been fed misrepresented information. Jung's work is all about practice. Meaning putting metal to the grindstone and actually doing things which improve your physical situation, not merely thinking about things in a purely abstract sense.
That includes having a good diet.
But, if you think having a good diet is the end all be all solution, you're clearly very uninformed.
Because it's not.
It helps, sure. But that's it.
