So XRP is basically incentivized to be efficient as possible. This efficiency get better the more it’s used, the more liquidity is added to the pools…the more liquidity, the more efficient it can be. This is the snowball effect, the flywheel, and it will work because it promotes free market capitalism and competition and fairness, which will produce the most prosperity.
