It's really fucking silly. It's not just about bringing old characters up to par, Albedo's kit was fundamentally broken, it desperately needed an overhaul. Klee was clunkiness made manifest.
Mondstadt needed this. It hasn't had a single limited character for almost five fucking years, where most regions get at least 1 character every patch cycle.
