I can't remember if all the dodge skills came before or after BIke's refine but I will say the point of all those skills was to stop Reinhardt. It began to be common for red swords to NOT die to Reinhardt.
Of course BIke's refine and the SPD based DR is completely useless now. EIke kind of fucked everything by being one of the first units that the majority of units could do nothing to.
