I hardly ever listen to ambient music outside of vidya osts.
I definitely notice it when it's bad, but it's hard for me to imagine ever really holding strong opinions towards higher quality pieces.
Most of the emotions I feel when I listen to it are inseperable from the circumstances where I've listened to it. I can't listen to Nujabes without thinking about a high school friend who obsessed over it and how much I liked samurai champloo

I imagine in time I'll feel the same way about some tracks in the deltarune OST.

a game can be good or bad, but i feel mods eat away at the legitemacy of a game and its intended experience.
i somehow cant play a game if it becomes too heavily augmented that take away what the game was about.

mods that fix bugs are obviously not a problem.

more realistically:
>noelle (weird)
>ralsei (normal/good?)

toby's games always went the extra mile to tell us that our ambitious avarice burns us and maybe the karma of having burnt our friends on the wayside to our goal is a price too heavy or the embers of the fires we set will consume us in a very round-about way much like it did in undertale.
