I've been depressed since I was 12 or 13 but it's been different lately. Worse. I've been having real thoughts of dying. I just feel really weird. I'm starting to fail my classes too, I had a 3.9 GPA before this semester. Been slipping the gym too which I never used to do.

Men having been writing about depression/despair/melancholia/whatever you want to call it since the dawn of history. There's large amounts of literature and art form various cultures depicting it. It's arguably the basis of the creation of religion as well.
