>What gave you the urge to write those things
All I can remember was while I was in the office depot near home, I saw a composition book and grabbed it. and just started to write things down in it.

not really. Just what I did that day. like what time did I wake up in the morning, what time did I arrived at work. What time was my breaks, and lunch, what kind of people I encounter that day. How I felt, what was the weather like that day. What time I came home and what I did for the night. Wrote how much I drank that night.
From my last entry
"3/11. New year...Same job. but I feel so different than the person I once was. Ever since I went that Lamb of God concert. I don't like feel like the same person I once was before attending that show. Now Several months later...still feel different. I asked out another random girl. "Sorry but have a bf"..."Sigh" at least you tried again. I haven't had a drink since last July."
Now a year sober now if you wanna know anon.
