I may be wrong about this but from what I saw in her scene, I had a theory that Vicky was probably been bullied when she was younger by Little Billy or even been abused by her parents. You can also notice the way her left eye is twicting a bit even at her younger age from her flashback version & of course, the connection between Vicki and her love of spiders and the reason she became a Goth. Not to say that was actually happened giving that the show never addressed deeply into her character.
