thanks, i see it. afaik the "auto-learn at level __" isn't always the same as the crafting level, and often enough it's higher. i don't think that is visible in the game, you need to look at the json to see it.

but yeah, i'll give it a try. i never crafted this in dda or bn because -2 to hit on a slow weapon is pretty rough. i don't have a lot of dex here either, but it could be worth trying. it looks like maces were removed entirely in TLG.
and i know about the armored leather/jean, i was talking about the armor `scrap suit` which isn't great but can be made with a multitool, some strings, and scrap metal at fab 3.

road sign seems like a fun weapon, though
